My background doesn't follow a straight line, and I've come to think of that as an asset rather than a footnote. I spent years teaching elementary Spanish, then transitioned into organizational development consulting, where I helped teams and institutions work more effectively from the inside out. Two very different environments, but the through line in both was the same: paying close attention to how people communicate, where things break down, and what it actually takes to make a system work well for the humans inside it.
That orientation is what I bring to my role here. I work on special projects connected to client accounts and provide direct support to the advisory team, with a focus on keeping things running smoothly and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The work is often invisible when it's going well, which is exactly how it should be.
I hold degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, DePaul University, and the American College of Education. Three institutions across different chapters of my life, each one reflecting a genuine curiosity about how people learn and how organizations can serve them better. That curiosity hasn't slowed down since joining this team.
